This album contained the eight page booklet shown below, with many of the great photos brought back by the Apollo 11 Astronauts. The recording by NBC's Roy Neal narrated the event, with the actual NASA Voice Tapes. The Producer was Pete Kline; the Art Director/Designer was Jack Purtle. Harry LeMay was at the time Vice President of Marketing and Creative Services at the Capitol Record Club, the corporate production company that issued this album.
